These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

RestoreMem is a Discord member restoration service that allows server owners and administrators to:

- Restore members to Discord servers after deletion or nuking
- Securely store member authorization data via OAuth2
- Manage member verification and restoration processes
- Configure security settings including VPN detection and blocklists
Service Limitations
- We can only restore members who have previously authorized our service
- Restoration depends on Discord's API availability and rate limits
- Some features may require premium subscription plans
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You may not share your account credentials
- You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Illegal Activities

Service Abuse
Reverse engineering, creating fake authorizations, exploiting bugs, or using automated tools to abuse the Service.
Violation Consequences:
Immediate account suspension, forfeiture of paid fees, reporting to authorities if illegal activity is suspected, and permanent ban from all services.

Subscription Plans
- Some features require a paid subscription
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
Price Changes
- We may modify subscription fees at any time
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance

No Guarantees

- We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service
- We do not guarantee all members can be restored in all circumstances
Discord Dependency
Our Service depends on Discord's API. We are not responsible for changes to Discord's policies or API. We are not affiliated with Discord Inc.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESTOREMEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
- Loss of profits or data
- Service interruption
- Cost of substitute services
- Any other intangible losses
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
10. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid fees.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of Terms, violation of Discord's ToS, suspected fraud, or extended inactivity.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law.
