At RestoreMem, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds.

Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer refunds or credits in certain circumstances.

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Problems caused by Discord API changes, outages, or your account status

Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

Issues with your payment provider, internet connection, or device

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future periods
  • No partial refunds for unused time in the current period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after expiration

Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits:

  • Credits can be applied to future subscription periods
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
  • Credits expire after 12 months if unused
  • Credit offers are made at our discretion

To request a refund, contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation
