At RestoreMem, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds.
Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer refunds or credits in certain circumstances.
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Not Eligible
Change of Mind
Simply deciding you no longer want the service after purchase
Used Services
Requesting refund after extensively using premium features
Discord Issues
Problems caused by Discord API changes, outages, or your account status
Violation of Terms
Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
Third-Party Issues
Issues with your payment provider, internet connection, or device

Approved refunds processed in 5-10 business days
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for future periods
- No partial refunds for unused time in the current period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after expiration
Service Credits
In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits:
- Credits can be applied to future subscription periods
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
- Credits expire after 12 months if unused
- Credit offers are made at our discretion
